1. About Tydit

Tydit (https://tydit.fr) is a subscription and bill tracker that helps individuals track recurring payments, monitor spending, and receive renewal alerts — all in one place. Tydit is operated as an independent personal project.

2. Information We Collect

Tydit collects only the minimum data needed to provide its service:

• Google account information (when you sign in with Google): your name, email address, and profile picture. This is obtained through Google OAuth and is used solely to create and identify your Tydit account.
• Subscription data you enter: service names, costs, billing cycles, categories, and notes that you manually add to your account.

Tydit does not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google service. The only Google OAuth scopes used are openid, email, and profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session securely.
• Store and display the subscription records you have entered.
• Send optional renewal reminder notifications if you enable them.
• Improve the reliability and performance of the app.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the Tydit service.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Tydit does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The following infrastructure providers process data solely on our behalf to operate the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU region).
• Vercel — web hosting and CDN.
• Google Identity Services — OAuth sign-in flow only.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth 2.0 flows. We do not store your Google password or any payment credentials.

7. Children's Privacy

Tydit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for Google sign-in at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Tydit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
